Searching the PC(USA) web site, I found not only the daily lectionary, but also a place to subscribe to a daily email of the lectionary. They send it to you in the morning.

I was looking at the first Psalm and thinking about a passage I read yesterday from Ecclesiastes 4.
Then I saw that all toil and all skill in work come from one person’s envy of another. This also is vanity and a chasing after wind.
Fools fold their hands
and consume their own flesh.
Better is a handful with quiet
than two handfuls with toil,
and a chasing after wind.
I was thinking that if we are all "chasing after wind" it's no wonder the Psalmist bemoans the disappearance of "anyone godly."
